Technical Note:

Generally for RNA oligos, 1 OD260 ≈ 100/x nanomoles, where x is the length of the oligos in bases.  For the average 20-mer RNA oligo, 1 OD = 5 nmoles.  Actual nanomoles per OD varies with sequence composition.
