Aptamers |
Aptamers are DNA or RNA molecules
that have been selected from random
pools based on their ability to bind other molecules.
Aptamers have been selected which bind
nucleic acid, proteins, small organic compounds and
even entire organisms. These novel molecules have many
potential uses in medicine.

Purity: All purities ranging from 90 to 98
% are available. As we have a lot of experience in purifying
complex nucleic acids.
|
| • |
Yield: The yield depends upon the purity you
require and the length of the oligo. See yield example.
|
| • |
Typical products: For in vivo experiments
we are producing in the range of 10 mg to 50 mg of pure
product. Larger quantities are available on request.
|

Modifications: For stabilizing your aptamers
we have several modifications available: pyrimidine
2’-fluoro-2’-deoxyribonucleotides (the purine
analogues will be available soon) and 2’-O-Me
monomers and all other modifications that are commercially
available can be incorporated by us.

Yield examples: 19 µmol scale of a 40mer
including internal linkers and an amino-modifier resulted
in a yield of 20 mg of pure product. The chromatograms
and more detailed information will soon appear on our
website.
